Chicken Soup for the Soul Series
Say Goodbye to Stress: Manage Your Problems, Big and Small, Every Day
Author: Dr. Jeff Brown and Liz Neporent as Contributor

I chat with the Harvard psychologist Dr. Jeff Brown about stress without getting too stressed out. This book is full of illustrative stories but at the end of each story the good Dr. comes in and teaches us how to deal with the different kinds of stress related in each story. He is the author of several books but this looks like it is the most practical for the average business person dealing with stress.

Other Books by this author:

The Winner’s Brain: 8 Strategies Great Minds Use to Achieve Success is Brown’s newest book.
It blends cutting-edge brain science and cognitive-behavioural psychology, all of which take aim at calibrating the brain for success.

His first book, The Competitive Edge: How to Win Every Time You Compete, props up personal integrity in the midst of fierce competition.

How to Beat Bedlam in the Boardroom and Boredom in the Bedroom
A Life Changing Guide to Happiness at Work and at Home

Author: Jane Gunn

An interesting Chat with Jane about the insights of how an overly hectic office life can end up messing up your home life. One of the big teachings I got out of this interview is that we have to listen and then have the courage and conviction to really consider what someone has said and consider their point of view.

If we all intended more intently and had open minds, the world would be a much better place to live and do business. A great book for anyone in business who wants a balance between home life and office life.
