I have a fascinating chat with Jackie Keddy, the co-author of this book. She has some great insights and tips for dealing with conflict in the workplace. The book is not only a great source of information for managers but for anybody who deals with tense situations. Jackie covers the definition of conflict and how conflict is a good thing if you know how to manage it properly. With her background as a beat cop in London, England she is no stranger to conflict and this book brings it all together in a nice, neat package.

I talk with Kevin Knebl about the book he was asked to write because of his social media presence and his blog’s content. The book on social media and sales was authored by Landy Chase and Kevin Knebl.

An informative chat that looks at how social marketing is more like networking then classic sales. Kevin talks about how “giving it forward” is a great way to get into social communication and the pitfalls of looking at social marketing as just another way to sell to people. Here is Kevin Knebl’s website/blog for more information and updates.
