Modeling Business Decisions and their Consequences

Author: Michael Hatfield

I find out how gaming theory and business come together. A highly technical approach to testing ideas and strategies but surprisingly easy to grasp. Michael and I have a wonderful talk regarding the theory behind this exhaustively researched book. The world of mathematics and project risk management are brought under a new light and the outcomes of this new view are fascinating.

A book for more than just the risk analysis team and project managers. The insights in the book will help upper management and C-suite teams to understand the limitations of risk assessment and guide them in their decisions.

Strategic Leadership in the Civilian and Military Spheres

Edited and complied by: Vice-Admiral Charles Style, Nicholas Beale – Strategy Consultant and David Ellery – Foreign Office

A fascinating talk with two of the three people who coordinated and edited this book. The caliber and insight of the leaders that participated in this calibration of military and business driven insight is amazing. There is a tremendous amount of strategic and practical knowledge in this book and I was amazed at how short this book is for the insight within it. Highly recommend this book for people who have to build and maintain larger companies and organizations that have global reach and responsibilities.
